Why small businesses need support
Volantix is more than a drone services company. Behind every finished project is a long list of tasks that take time away from actual creative and technical work. Finding new leads, researching businesses, writing outreach emails, following up with potential clients, organizing invoices, tracking expenses, and planning future services all compete for attention. For a small business, this creates a constant tradeoff between doing the work and growing the business. This project explores how AI could help reduce that pressure by supporting daily operations and making important tasks faster, more organized, and easier to manage.​
